I know what it’s like to be lost in an eating disorder and feeling hopeless that things will ever get better, and I also know what it’s like to walk in victory and freedom after healing!
I want to help you experience freedom and joy in your nutrition. I will talk loads about this on video and my podcast so I’ve shared those below so you can join me on the journey to getting healthier, experience freedom and take that next step in healing your perspective on food and your body.
I’d love for you to tune into my weekly podcast: Body Positive Health and Fitness. Click here to listen to this in your iTunes podcast app, or start listening online now.
