All you need is a weighted plate for this session! Start at movement #1 and work Your way through sets of 30s of work with 30s of rest. Complete 3-5 rounds at each station for a 15-25 minute sweat sesh! 💦 Plate lift to lunge (Keep your core tight and focused on not over-extending through your lower back.
